Return and Refund Policy:

 

Thank you for shopping at Never Ending Everything. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary.

Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.

To initiate a return, please contact us at 10 Tudor ave Sunninghill with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the item is deemed eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Please note that we are unable to refund shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Delivery: We use Pudo for delivery, and delivery times can vary. Delivery typically takes up to 7 days, but please allow for additional time during peak holiday periods.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hazel@neverendingeverything.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us, and we will issue a refund or exchange upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
